This privacy policy describes how Verified Clinic Supply, a wholesale supply program operated by WPS Inc, collects, uses, shares, and protects information from visitors and account holders interacting with verifiedclinicsupply.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
The data controller for personal information collected through the Site is:
WPS Inc, d/b/a Verified Clinic Supply
306 E Jackson St, Tampa, FL 33602, United States
754-312-7936 ·
privacy@verifiedclinicsupply.com
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you submit through forms — contact name, work email, phone number, business or facility name, facility type, state, and a brief description of your supply need.
- Verification information — facility license number, state of issue, and any documentation you upload to support a wholesale application.
- Server and device logs — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies — first-party and third-party cookies, pixels, local storage, and SDK identifiers used for analytics, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and remarketing (see Section 4).
- Communications — records of emails, calls, and messages you exchange with our team for quality, training, and compliance purposes.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (for example, health, biometric, or genetic data) through the Site. Please do not include patient information in any form submission.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Verify the licensure and eligibility of facilities submitting wholesale applications;
- Respond to pricing requests, send quotes, and fulfill orders;
- Provide account support, including order, payment, and shipping communications;
- Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, including those served through Google Ads and other advertising platforms;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse of the Site, and security incidents;
- Comply with applicable laws, court orders, and regulatory requests; and
- Improve the content, performance, and security of the Site.
The legal bases on which we rely (where applicable) include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business supply program, your consent (for non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies, advertising, and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including those operated by third parties. The categories include:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (for example, form submission, security, and load balancing). These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics and other measurement tools, which may set cookies and collect IP addresses, device identifiers, and on-site behavior.
- Advertising and conversion cookies — used to measure conversions from advertising platforms and to serve relevant ads on third-party sites. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. Google and other partners may use cookies and device identifiers to associate ad clicks with subsequent activity on the Site.
Specifically, the Site uses the Google Ads global site tag (gtag.js), Google Analytics, and may use the Google Ads remarketing tag. These tools collect information such as your IP address, the ad you clicked, the pages you visited on the Site, conversion events (such as form submissions and click-to-call events), and a pseudonymous identifier. Google uses this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. For more information about how Google uses data when you use partner sites or apps, see google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
You can opt out of personalized advertising:
- Manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising from many participating networks at the DAA WebChoices tool, the NAI opt-out page, or the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or use a privacy-focused browser. Disabling cookies may break parts of the Site.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where required by law.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers that act on our behalf under written contracts, including hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google), payment processors, license-verification vendors, customer-relationship-management software, and shipping carriers.
- Affiliates within the WPS Inc corporate family for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of WPS Inc, our customers, or the public.
- Business transfers — if WPS Inc is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
Sharing personal information with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” under certain U.S. state laws. See Section 8 for how to opt out.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Inquiry records are retained for up to 36 months. Active account records are retained for the life of the account plus the period required by applicable record-keeping rules. Aggregated, de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.
7. International transfers
Verified Clinic Supply is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- U.S. state residents (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others) — the right to know, access, correct, delete, port, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- EEA, UK, and Swiss residents — the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@verifiedclinicsupply.com or call 754-312-7936. We will verify your identity before responding. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising or the “sale” or “share” of personal information, email privacy@verifiedclinicsupply.com with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information, or enable a recognized opt-out preference signal in your browser.
9. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business-to-business use by licensed medical facilities and registered compounding pharmacies. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@verifiedclinicsupply.com and we will delete it.
10. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of our service providers. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed or used contrary to this policy.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing any information.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of this signal, the Site does not respond to it. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site or by email to active account contacts.
